Please note that in late summer, the water depth at our dock is typically just 2 feet. Inside you will notice the breathtaking, panoramic open water view through the large windows while enjoying the ambiance set by the vaulted cedar ceiling and beams and beautiful decor. The open concept living/dining areas lead directly to the outdoors, so you are only steps from the lake! The living area is airy and comfortable. The Log Cabin Boat Ramp is one of the few on the lake that remains usable when lake levels are low. Our property has a nice paved circular driveway with plenty of parking. There is plenty of seating on the back porch for viewing the lake and relaxing to music through a high quality sound system if you choose. Our sound system is equipped with bluetooth so that you can listen to your music from your own devices. The back porch is equipped with a propane fireplace to gather around and enjoy on chilly nights while taking in the lakeside atmosphere. The deck off the back porch is furnished with a large patio table and 4 chaise lounges to soak up some sun. There is also a gazebo with extra tables and seating that is shaded to enjoy. The southern exposure on open water, and wrap around covered deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the predominantly southern breeze. A fresh cup of coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the lake is a must. The cottage offers a large living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, expansive use of glass, a spacious well-appointed kitchen, and large informal dining bar. Outside the approximately 800 square feet of decking creates the perfect outdoor environment where you and lucky guests will enjoy east facing open water views and unlimited entertainment possibilities. Neighborhood boat ramp is right around the corner from the cabin. Your very own private pier is the perfect place to throw in a fishing line, sit & read, float or swim. Kitchen is equipped for easy meal planning. Brookshire's Grocery store and Walmart are within 10 minutes and there are several restaurants in and around Gun Barrel City...Vicki's BBQ, Victorian Tea Room, Cedar Creek Brewery, Coffee Love....and Mexican, Italian, Pizza, Burgers, Chinese, Chicken, and Fast Food. The new dock has mooring whips for you to dock your boat or jet ski. Kayaks and bicycles are also available for your enjoyment. We have one of the few enclosed boat houses on the lake. Cedar Creek Lake fishing guides believe fishing under our dock to be one of the best places to fish on the lake. So if our guests use the enclosed porch for sleeping, they can have their privacy as there are 3 other doors to the deck! We are located on the south send of Cedar Creek Lake where we enjoy deep, deep water. We currently have 9 feet of water under our dock!!! Even when the water was down 6 feet, our boat house and dock still had 3 feet of water under it! The Pinnacle Golf Club is less than 1 mile away and is open to the public. There is a boat ramp in our subdivision which is perfect for launching water craft of all kinds.
